I'm able to turn the camera on and shoot pics and video however the display screen has suddenly stopped working so I can't see what I'm recording. A green light briefly appears when the camera is turned on and flickers when recording. I can only use the viewfinder for recording and changing settings. What am I missing?

I just picked up a used stm, I have the II with my t6. I got the stm for the t7 which also picked up used, for the 24.1 sensor. Your video is very interesting. But I noticed that your stm shots had less light on the subject than your II shots. This could cause more noise and thus seem slightly less sharp. But I need info on shooting video with the stm and focus while zooming. Should one focus first then vid or focus as changing lens length? Any comments? This is using the t7. Any help would be appreciated.

Tested the nikon 200-500 and tamron 150-600 g2 on my D750. Tamron AF speed was insanely fast and really great.

I'm having this exact issue. Got ripped off paying someone £600 to put the roller shutter up and do the cement border. It failed. I'm going to try and use Febtank plug right at the bottom then use the Platinum fillet seal product. What type of cement did you use for yours?

I absolutely agree on your breakdown analysis of the 100-500mm L vs 200-800mm lens, and just to say I have the 100-500mm with my Canon R7 and use my legs whenever possible to get closer and is the reason why I get great images!

One thing to consider for those with a full frame and a 600mm is that Topaz or similar AI upscaling can yield compatible results if you need to crop the subject to make it bigger. I've found the heartache of battling with a TC and the loss of light/focus hunting and lens artifacts is not worth it. You may think moving further away will give you smooth bokeh but with the stopping down the bokeh is pretty much back to how it looks without a TC. I'm very happy spending half the cost of a TC on a decent AI upscaler known I am upscaling sharp and clear RAW files than trying to clean up a bad TC taken image.
